You may request a return within 14 days from the date of receiving the product. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and unopened, with all accessories and complete original packaging. The original purchase receipt or order number must be included with the return request.
Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened or used. Returns are also not accepted for products that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence. Products purchased during special offers or final sales may not be eligible for return, depending on the nature of the promotion.
The customer must contact our customer service via email or phone within the return period to submit an official return request.
Once the returned product is received and inspected to ensure it meets the conditions, a refund will be issued using the original payment method within 7–14 business days. The refund will not include the original shipping fees or any additional charges related to shipping or return.
Customers may request an exchange for a product of equal value during the return period. The replacement product will be shipped after the returned item has been received and inspected. If the requested replacement is not available, a refund will be issued according to the above conditions.
